We are not affiliated with game-mp.com or/and sa-mp.com in any way.
By making a submission at “hostedtab.co.uk” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “hostedtab.co.uk”, “http://www.hostedtab.co.uk”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not submit any forms. We may change these at any time, so it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “hostedtab.co.uk” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.
(a) Your server must comply with the SA-MP service agreement (http://www.sa-mp.com/service_agreement.txt) at all times.
(b) You agree that with making a purchase from us, you transfer a part of your server ownership to us. This part only gives us permission to place desired server IP on the hosted tab list and does NOT give us any other privileges. You will de facto retain full ownership of your server.
(c) Our participation in ownership is limited to placing desired server IP on the official hosted tab list. We do that for financial compensation, which is provided by you and is stated on our website. We are not in any other way affiliated with your server.
(d) You can always regain full server ownership by canceling your hosted tab listing. We will automatically lose our part when your listing expires.
(e) All purchases are final and you are not eligible to a refund in any case. Refunds can be given in some specific circumstances on our sole discretion.
(f) Opening a dispute/chargeback with a payment service provider will get your listing terminated immediately and will also get you permanently banned from using our service.
(g) We may deny your purchase for any reason without an explanation.
(h) Your listing may be removed for any reason without an explanation.
(i) If you place a renewal order when creation orders are disabled and you do not have an active listing with us, you will be charged a 5 GBP fee for refund costs.
